                                            (The Commission may conduct a Closed session pursuant to Government Code Sections 54957.6

                                 to consider contract negotiations for renewal of the General Manager’s contract; and Government Code

                                 Section 54957(b)(1) to consider advertisement of the General Counsel’s contract.)
