EBDA is requesting proposals from experienced planning and environmental consulting firms to assist in the preparation of an environmental assessment under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Consultants are invited to propose on the CEQA Consulting Services project by responding to this Request for Proposals. Proposals are due at 2:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021.
